In our book, "Implement With IMPACT: A Strategic Framework for Leading School and District Initiatives," co-authored with Jenice Pizzuto, we delve into the heart of these challenges and opportunities, particularly emphasizing the critical need for effective implementation of evidence-based practices in our schools.


Our mission through this book is clear: to bridge the notorious implementation gap that has long hindered educational progress, especially for students facing the most significant barriers to success. This gap, as many of you know, represents the distance between the potential of evidence-based practices and their actual application within educational settings. Closing this gap is not just a professional duty; it's a moral imperative.
